Men's basketball team looking at MAC bracket

The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø men's basketball team (16-16, 9-10 MAC) upset No.1 Toledo, 67-59, earlier today. With today's win, the Flashes will advance to the semifinals on Friday, March 15. The Flashes will take on No.5 Bowling Green at approximately 5 p.m. ET.

Growing up as the youngest with three older brothers, sports were always a big part of my life. And out of all the sports I played, basketball was the one that stuck with me.

During his time at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Saban earned three letters in football and one in baseball from 1970 to 1972. In 1973, he was a graduate assistant coach and defensive assistant for the Flashes. He was inducted into the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Varsity K Hall of Fame in 2015.

Golden Flashes football team members spent a recent afternoon visiting with students at the LeBron James Family Foundation’s I Promise School in Akron, Ohio, where they checked out the school’s facilities and spent time reading to youngsters.
