Action Plan

Each year, provide at least one Action (tied to a Finding or Learning Outcome analysis):

Select from a list of options or provide your own ("Other)
Clearly describe how the assessment results will be translated into next steps and action taken to effect change
Succinctly outline the desired change and how it may be measured in the future
Set a defined deadline date and provide an update on the next year's report
Include parties that will be involved
Be geared toward the desired outcome of improving student learning or the program curriculum - document and take credit for the hard work done each year to improve the program!
