ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will host the Aeronautics and Engineering Expo (A&E Expo) on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Airport. This event offers a day of aviation excitement, hands-on STEM experiences, and family-friendly activities for all ages.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø welcomed undergraduate researchers from our university, Cleveland State University and the University of Akron to the Kent Campus for the 19th annual Northeast Ohio Undergraduate Research Symposium.
On May 3rd, students in Dr. Kelsen LaBerge’s Introduction to Engineering course demonstrated their Hovercraft projects.
Hosted annually, the competition challenges undergraduate teams to present solutions to complex cases involving ethical, business, and engineering dilemmas. Representing ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's Aerospace Engineering program were two teams: sophomore David Hackett and junior Jaden Lepp, and sophomore Cole Dockus and junior Haley Dees.

ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø College of Aeronautics and Engineering’s bachelors degree program in Mechatronics Engineering has been accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, and the bachelor's degree program in Mechatronics Engineering Technology has been accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET, the global accreditor of college and university programs in applied and natural science, computing, engineering, and engineering technology.
