CPH Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Goals and Objectives

The College of Public Health People, Culture and Belonging Goals and Objectives are aligned to the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Strategic Priorities. 

Goal #1 (2022 - 2023): 

Achieve 85% of full-time faculty and staff participation in diversity, equity and inclusion training and development throughout the year. 

Goal #2 (2023 - 2024): 

Increase African American, Asian American, Hispanic or Latinx, Multiracial, Native American, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander faculty diversity by at least 20% 

Goal #3 (2024 - 2025): 

Continue to increase underrepresented (URS) undergraduate and College Credit Plus student access to Public Health experiential learning and study abroad experiences
