Mina Katramatou
Biography
Dr. Mina Katramatou did her undergraduate studies in physics at the University of Athens, Greece and her graduate studies in experimental nuclear physics at the American University, Washington, DC and the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, Stanford, CA. Her appointments include a postdoctoral fellowship in radiological physics at the Stanford University School of Medicine. She joined ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø as a physics instructor in 1996 and became an assistant professor in 2003. Her interests are in the structure of light nuclei in nature and in undergraduate physics education. She is involved in nuclear physics experiments at the Jefferson Laboratory in Newport News, VA and in the ongoing departmental effort to restructure the undergraduate curriculum and laboratories.
