ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is currently offering employees the opportunity to obtain Guaranteed Issue permanent life insurance for yourself and your family to supplement any existing benefits.
Any full-time employee between ages 16 and 70, working at least 30 hours a week and actively and continuously employed for a minimum of three months, except for vacations, normal non-working days and other absences totaling not more than five days, is eligible for the Guaranteed Issue voluntary life insurance program through New York Life. Guaranteed Issue provides coverage without any medical questions or exam.
Guaranteed Issue will be available as follows:
- Whole Life insurance, up to a face amount of $100,000 of coverage for the employee and up to $25,000 on the spouse and children and grandchildren, if eligible.
The Guaranteed Issue Whole Life Insurance Program provides the simplicity of payroll deduction, guaranteed death benefits, level premiums, cash and loan values and portability (the option to maintain coverage if you leave or retire from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø), as well as the opportunity to increase coverage during the annual open re-enrollment periods.
