Enroll In Fit for Life Exercise Program During Summer III 2018

Just in time for summer, Fit for Life is a supervised exercise program for faculty, staff and registered students. Classes are held twice a day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (you choose your session) in the MACC Annex off Midway Drive on the Kent Campus.

Fit for Life provides individual and small group instruction aimed at improving your fitness goals at your own pace. This 1-credit workshop is a perfect way to do Wellness Your Way and achieve the success you've been looking for in your personal health and fitness journey. The 60-minute class aims to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and balance.

Participants are offered a choice of water aerobics, walking, running, resistance and circuit training, and boot camp-type exercises. Choose what best fits your fitness goals. Faculty and staff eligible for tuition benefits may use their waiver for this 1-credit course. Eligible dependents may also take advantage of using the tuition waiver for this credit workshop.
